Terms and Conditions
Photographs
The Couple gives permission and shall allow The Officiant to post a photograph(s) of them with The Officiant on the Officiant’s website and marketing platforms for viewing by the internet community.
The Couple acknowledges that this is for promotional purposes only and they do not expect to receive compensation
of any kind. There shall be no expiration for this permission.
The Officiant gives permission and shall allow The Couple to use any photographs, videos, or other recording media
in which The Officiant is in, or part of, in any manner or for any purpose they wish.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due upon mutual agreement to reserve your date. Payment for services by bride, groom or representative is confirmation of your agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions as well as receiving any services is a binding contract.
The balance of the total fee of is due two weeks before the ceremony unless
other arrangements have been agreed upon.
If date of ceremony is less than 30 days from date of booking, full payment is due upon
booking. No refunds for any monies paid if a cancellation is made less than a week before the ceremony.
If booking is made less than a week in advance there is no refunds given.
Payment can also be made via Zelle to (678)600-4783 or by Cash App at $MrsVDillard. Preferably on the website.
Late Fees
The Officiant will charge an additional $75.00 per half hour, if required to wait more than 29 minutes past the scheduled starting time.
No refund will be given if The Officiant is not able to perform the ceremony because of any delays beyond the
stipulated time period. If for ANY reason the ceremony starts 30 minutes or more after it is scheduled, The Officiant may, at their option,
perform a very short civil ceremony in place of the agreed-upon ceremony. Neither shall Uniquely You Wedding Ceremonies or Minister Venessa Cratic-Dillard be held liable for any costs
of the ceremony or reception, or damages of any kind.
Said late start fee is due paid in full prior to the start of the ceremony (at the officiants discretion you may be invoiced for late fee)
The ability to wait more than 30 minutes will be solely at the discretion of The Officant.
Officiant Responsibilities
1. The Officiant warrants that (s)he is a professional wedding officiant, recognized as a legally ordained minister,
fully qualified to officiate wedding ceremonies and solemnize the rites of all marriages in Georgia.
2. The Officiant will provide the following services under the terms of this agreement:
3. A preliminary confirmation reserving the date, time and location of the wedding ceremony as indicated above
will be sent via email to The Couple.
4. Creation of the ceremony.
5. Two weeks prior to the wedding, a member of The Couple will receive a final check-in call to reconfirm all
aspects of the ceremony and list all items which will be needed on the day of the wedding.
6. The Officiant shall complete and execute the marriage license and file (mail) said license in accordance with
the instructions set forth by the jurisdiction from where the license was obtained (if applicable, not required for
Vow Renewal).
7. Officiant agrees to perform the ceremony in a professional and respectful manner, in
accordance with the ceremony planned by the Couple.
Couple Responsibilities
1. The Couple understands that they must obtain a Marriage License (if applicable, not required for Vow Renewal) at
the appropriate jurisdiction for which the ceremony will be performed and shall provide said Marriage License to The
Officiant to review and execute on the day of the ceremony. The Couple has been informed and fully understands
that if a valid marriage license is not presented with government issued identification to the Officiant
BEFORE the ceremony is performed, the Officiant cannot perform a legally valid marriage ceremony.
2. The Couple shall not change the date, time, location or guest count of the wedding as listed in
paragraph 1 of this agreement without first contacting and advising The Officiant of said change so
as to determine if The Officiant is still available to perform the ceremony.
3. The Couple also understands and recognizes that The Officiant performs other wedding
ceremonies for other couples and such change of date, time, or location without first notifying The
Officiant, or any excessive lateness (30 minutes & over) of the originally scheduled wedding
ceremony time may either incur additional fees or prevent The Officiant from performing the
ceremony.
4. If the Couple does change the date, time, or location of the scheduled wedding ceremony without
proper notification, and The Officiant is unavailable to perform the ceremony, then The Officiant
reserves the right to cancel the performance of their ceremony, and shall in no way be held
responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance.
5. If the Officiant can still perform the wedding ceremony on the new date, time, and location,
Payment of any additional fees for services added will be due immediately.
6. If your date, time, location, guest count or any other services are changed from your original
request, modifications to this Contract cannot be guaranteed unless requested in writing and approved
prior to your wedding. If changes to date or time cannot be accommodated by the Officiant, the
Officiant reserves the right to cancel this Contract, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in
any manner for such non-performance.
